One Download
One Download. Many Authorized Experiences.
Participants should not need a different application for every part of relocation. ARWIX is designed as one mobile platform that adapts after secure sign-in to the participant's organization, role, assignments, permissions, and active relocation context.
Secure Sign-In
Authenticated access. Identity confirmed.
Organization Recognized
Program context loaded. Brand applied.
Role Validated
Authorized role and relationship confirmed.
Context Identified
Active relocation context resolved.
Experience Presented
Participant sees what they're authorized for.
Access is not determined by the mobile client alone. Authorization, role validation, and permission decisions remain controlled by the ARWIX platform — maintaining governance and security integrity throughout every session.

Your Organization's Brand
Presented Under Your Organization's Brand.
ARWIX provides the governed technology platform. Your participants experience the relocation program as an extension of your organization — not as a third-party vendor application.
The participant experience may reflect the organization's approved program name, visual identity, communication style, policy language, and program guidance — configured through Experience Studio and governed by organizational policy.

Role and Relationship Awareness
Configured for Roles, Relationships, and Responsibilities.
The participant experience is determined by more than a generic user type. Organization, authorized role, relationship to the relocation, assigned responsibilities, relocation stage, permissions, and program configuration all shape what each participant sees and does.

- → Assigned actions and next-step guidance

Participation does not mean unrestricted access. ARWIX presents only the information and actions authorized for each person's role and relationship to the relocation — governed by organizational policy and platform controls.
Multiple Roles. One Application.
A participant may hold more than one role.
An HR manager may also be undergoing a personal relocation. A move coordinator may be managing multiple client programs. ARWIX Mobile is designed to support deliberate context switching without requiring separate applications or duplicate identities.
Context switching is permission-controlled, visible, and auditable. Participants choose their active context deliberately — and each context presents only the information and actions authorized for that role and relationship.
Switching context does not grant access to information from the other context. Each role and relationship scope remains independently enforced by the platform.

Mobile Access Governance
Governed access. Everywhere.
ARWIX Mobile is designed with the same governance, auditability, and access controls that govern every other participant workspace — not a relaxed consumer-grade experience.
Server-Enforced Authorization
The mobile interface is never the source of authority for access decisions. Role, permission, and tenant checks are validated server-side for every protected action and data request.
Tenant Isolation
Organization-level isolation is enforced at the platform level. No mobile session can access data outside the participant's authorized tenant and program scope.
Least-Privilege Access
Participants receive access to the minimum information and actions their role, relationship, and assignment require — not a broad grant that must be manually restricted.
Audit Logging
Actions taken through the mobile experience create the same auditable records as actions taken through any other ARWIX workspace. Mobile sessions are not exempt from governance.
Access Revocation
When a participant's role, assignment, or relationship to a relocation ends, their access is revocable. Mobile sessions are not persistent beyond authorized scope.
Relationship-Based Authorization
Family participant access is explicitly authorized — not assumed from proximity to the employee. Each relationship is independently scoped and controlled.
Policy Consistency
The mobile experience operates within the same policy framework as every other platform workspace. Entitlements, approval requirements, and rules apply consistently across all access points.
Data Ownership and Portability
Organizational data remains within the governed ARWIX platform. Mobile access extends visibility — it does not alter data ownership, portability, or retention policy.
ARWIX is designed with enterprise and government readiness in mind. Security, auditability, and governance are foundational — not features added on top of a consumer platform.
Enterprise Connectivity
ARWIX complements existing enterprise systems.
ARWIX is designed to work alongside an organization's existing HR, finance, payroll, and enterprise platforms — not to replace them. The mobile experience extends that connectivity to participants wherever they are.
Data flows through governed integration points. The ARWIX platform serves as the coordinating layer — connecting participants, systems, and records into one governed relocation experience.
Request a Tailored Demonstration →HR Systems
Employee data, position details, and organizational context flow from existing HR platforms.
Finance & Payroll
Cost authorization, obligation tracking, and reimbursement tie to existing financial systems.
